I LOVE Howard Dean
While Howard Dean is out there talking about how much “hate” he has for Republicans and about how evil, dishonest and nasty we are I am here to stand up and say something very important. I LOVE you Mr. Dean! I mean that from the bottom of my dark, conservative, white, Christian heart. I really do love you man. I’ve decided to go public with my intentions: I will not be asking Ann Coulter for a date. There are some good reasons.
First, I’m married. Second, there is a substantial age differential. And, third, I fear rejection. While reading Coulter’s book, How to Talk to Liberals (If You Must), I thought about the prospects. President Bush’s selection of the Hon. John Roberts is an interesting choice. The betting, and there had been betting, was on a minority or female candidate. Instead, President Bush swings for the fences with a middle-aged, white male. Let the ugliness begin.

Sandy Berger was President Bill Clinton's National Security Advisor.
Berger was called to testify before the 9/11 Commission concerning anti-terrorism steps taken during the Clinton administration and the information he provided to his successor, Condoleezza Rice. A July 19 2004 US Justice Department investigation alleges that Berger took around 50 documents from the National Archives reading room prior to before the 9/11 Commission. These 50 documents were stuffed in his pants, jacket and briefcase. Berger admits the 3 documents he destroyed contained information not included in a final report. Liberals are really trying to make a big story out of this. First trying to twist Joe Wilsons Nigerian factfinding trip into proof that "Bush Lied" (nevermind that the word lie means to knowingly make a false statement), then attempting to portray Karl Rove as one who reveals secret agents (nevermind that many in Washington already knew Wilson's wife, Valerie Plame, worked for the CIA, Plame evidently wasn't a secret agent and nevermind that Congress members such as John Kerry have revealed real undercover agents names recklessly in hearings) Explore this stories timeline in SandyBergersPants.

Pocket LintWhat's *just* has been debated for centuries but let me offer you my definition of social justice: I keep what I earn and you keep what you earn. Do you disagree? Well then tell me how much of what I earn *belongs* to you – and why? -- Walter WilliamsIn the CuffCategories MenuFreshly Pressed |
